MANILA, PHILIPPINES — A new holistic fitness and wellness competition is set to make its mark in the Philippines as EMBODY PHILIPPINES, produced by Lumina Events PH and Cornerstone Entertainment, officially launches this October 2026.

Built on the belief in the holistic journey of the body, mind and soul, EMBODY brings together the discipline of fitness, the presence of a pageant and the storytelling of a personal journey. It creates a platform where strength, well-being, performance and purpose come together to inspire others and redefine what it means to live well, by celebrating individuals who embody Health, Fitness and Purpose.

Beyond the self: the Community Impact Challenge

But EMBODY PHILIPPINES asks its candidates to take their journey beyond themselves through the Community Impact Challenge, a national advocacy and community initiative in which each candidate identifies a fitness or wellness issue in their community, develops a project to address it, implements it, and documents its impact. Because at EMBODY, being fit is not just about looking the part — it’s about having the heart to help others live better, healthier and more active lives.

Instead of measuring success against others, the competition encourages participants to push beyond their Personal Records (PRs) and embody their greatest selves. This focus on personal growth aims to inspire confidence, discipline and the ability to communicate the experiences that shape their unique EMBODY journey.

From launch to competition

From its launch on October 22 to the start of the competition in April to May 2027, EMBODY PHILIPPINES will host a series of challenges and events accessible to all registered participants. Stay tuned for updates on schedules and how to join these inspiring activities.
